Product Introduction
Paper-plastic products (scientific name: pulp molding, English name: PULP MOLDING, commonly known as paper tray, pulp tray, or pulp box) are an environmentally friendly and economical packaging material.
The raw material of paper holders is pulp fiber, which is 100% environmentally friendly. It meets the standards of ROHS/SGS/REACH and other tests, facilitating the export of products and meeting the increasingly high requirements for product safety and environmental protection.
It utilizes various pulp materials as raw materials, which are pulped and blended into a slurry of a certain concentration. The slurry is then vacuum-adsorbed and molded on specially designed molds and dedicated equipment, and subsequently dried to produce various types and purposes of inner lining packaging products.
Due to its geometric shape that matches the appearance of the packaged item and its excellent protective effects such as shockproof, impact resistance, anti-static, and corrosion resistance, paper tray, after various physical index tests, proves to be a sufficient and superior replacement for packaging products like EPS, PS, and PVC. It can be customized with various auxiliary additives such as strengthening agents, flexibility agents, waterproofing agents, oil-proofing agents, and flame retardants according to the requirements of different packaged products, achieving multiple functions that single physical properties of foam rubber, EVA, blister, cardboard, etc. cannot match. Furthermore, it has advantages in shockproof function, environmental protection, price, anti-static, and other indicators and functions.

1. Green and environmentally friendly paper pallets are made from raw wood pulp board, sugarcane pulp board, and bamboo pulp board, which are recyclable.
