Using raw materials such as virgin wood pulp, sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, or recycled newspaper, corrugated paper, and leftover materials from paper mills or printing plants, a certain concentration of pulp is prepared through processes such as hydraulic pulping and pulp mixing. The pulp is then vacuum-adsorbed onto a specially designed metal mold to form wet green products, which are subsequently dried and hot-pressed for shaping. These products are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, recyclable, and biodegradable.
