Using raw materials such as virgin wood pulp, sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, or recycled newspaper, recycled corrugated paper, and leftover materials from paper mills or printing plants, a certain concentration of pulp is prepared through processes such as hydraulic pulping and pulp mixing. The pulp is then vacuum-adsorbed onto a specially designed metal mold to form wet billets. The molded wet billets undergo drying and hot pressing for shaping.
