Using raw wood pulp, sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, recycled newspapers, recycled corrugated paper, scraps from paper mills or printing factories as raw materials, the pulp is blended into a certain concentration through processes such as hydraulic pulping and blending. The pulp is vacuum adsorbed onto a specially designed metal mold to form wet products, and the molded wet products are then dried, hot pressed and shaped. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, recyclable, and naturally degradable.
